When I took a course in Communication, one of the first things they made me do was slow down my speech.
At the time, I didn’t understand why.
Today, whenever I meet someone who talks very fast, I just smile because I know exactly what’s happening.
In many cases, people who speak quickly have minds that process information at an incredible pace. They move from one idea to another in seconds, often long before everyone else has caught up.
I bet people at Chowdeck have to chase Femi around with a Pen and Paper just to catch up with his thought process.
Well, I agree, he should give up everything and I hope the parent accept it too, right after he has given up the rest of his life and freedom.
Face of an unfortunate man.

I'm 33 and I think Claude Code is melting my brain.
For 6 months straight I've had 5-6 terminals open at once, waiting on responses just to smash "enter" 90% of the time. That's the whole job now.
And it's doing something to me. A few friends and I keep circling back to the same thing in conversations: none of us feel as sharp as we used to.
Maybe it's just us. But I keep wondering how many other people in their 30s feel it too.
(And yeah: this is a me problem, how I lean on the tool, not the tool itself. Doesn't make the effect any less real.)
@DOlusegun Master card only provide the infrastructure and nothing more. If we want credit cards, it’s the bank’s duty to issue them mot master card. The minister of finance should know this.
As a foreigner, if they explain things that happen inside 234 to you. You will fimd it difficult to believe. Even as citizens of 234, we are still in shock about some things that happen here.
@FinPlanKaluAja1 There is actually a story of a man in the US that bought a skyscraper with his card. The banks were shocked. At first they were like, even though you can you shouldn’t, but I think he was trying to avoid paying with his money or something.
Here I am, unable to even signup on @MTNNG clouds, with error message that looks like an intern developed the platform. 2027 is going to be interesting.
BREAKING: The Central Bank of Nigeria has directed banks, fintech firms, and other payment service providers to store payment transaction data generated within the country on local servers from January 1, 2027, as part of new measures to strengthen oversight of the fast-growing digital payments ecosystem.
This is no way to build a country. You don’t rehabilitate terrorists you execute them. People that commits crimes need to know that the only way it will end is punishment.
@omoelerinjare This is obviously a case of sexual and domestic abuse and absolute disregard to her dignity. The father is wrong to abuse a woman publicly in this manner. The husband is even more evil to record this instead of saving his wife.
