Learning in public is one of the best things you can do. Share what you're building as you go: the projects, the challenges you overcame, the decisions you made, and why.
Writing about your progress reinforces your learning and is an excellent signal to potential employers.
@maryamonsocials Nice one, Maryam! ๐
The input field's width is overflowing its container.
Try applying:
* {
box-sizing: border-box;
}
to the universal selector ("*").
This makes the element's width include its padding and border, helping prevent overflow issues.
Apart from the above examples they're others like the ::first-letter (that can be used to style the first letter of a text), ::marker( use to style the bulletin and numbering of list items)
The content:" "; is what hold whatever you want to add before or after.
What's up Guys, what have you guys been up to.
Today I completed the pseudo-class and pseudo element topics
On a basic level Pseudo is virtual. When it comes to Pseudo element it enables a developer to add element into content of a page without a HTML tag for that element.
Common ones are
:: before and the ::after
As they name implies the "before" add something ( can be a text, icon) before an element's contents while the "after " add something after an element's contents.
