The #IGAD Agriculture and Environment Division and ICPAC is developing for the first time the climate early warning system for Blue Economy resources and services (Marine Watch).
The IGAD team is on a field mission in 3 pilot Member States (Djibouti, Somalia and South Sudan) to undertake a needs assessment through the AfDB-supported BE Prosper Project.
