Lunch today at home, after 8 days of Delhi food: avarekkai (broad beans) curry, vathakuzhambu and rasam. Wife had made all 3 in OPOS cooker. Outstandingly tasty, particularly the broad beans, that retained its crunchy appeal. Incredibly faster cooking too, according to wife.
Soups are highly recommended to promote a balanced diet since it provides a good balance of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins.
