I also want to comment for non ARMYs.

You know this now means last fm’s data is compromised and not actually statistically relevant anymore.

With this removal of BTS listens they have proven they can and will change numbers based on their own desires. That artist that pays them enough or they decide they like? They are now open to accusations of changing numbers. They can adjust as they see fit regardless of who is actually being streamed.

An artist that doesn’t fit their standards? Doesn’t pay enough? Can see streams counted at 1 for every 2, 3 or 4 listens.

As the saying goes, they might have come for army now. And now ARMYs will no longer be there to fight for other artists.

I’m glad I switched off last fm months ago to musicat.
