This is a big weekend! With no money and no coach, honorary OPRF debaters all the way from Truman in southwestern Illinois, Danilo and our very own mascot Owie Nut 🌰, take on the Dowling tournament! Wish them luck 🍀 both with getting a bid and getting their team some funding 🤑

@Oberto__ we appreciate your support and generosity please show it through venmo @charblasi to help us grieve ❤️

⚠️IMPORTANT UPDATE⚠️
Charlotte and Maddie are deciding abstain from the 2022 online TOC. This has been a very painful decision but 🌶️ we humbly want to give our opponents a chance 🦤 Thanks to our loyal fans and I hope you can support us in our journey #rollskies #bromance

It’s a big day everyone. Everyone’s favorite Walter Payton super-seniors (including our very own mascot 🐶) are taking on Michigan debate camp 🏕. Have fun campers! 🐻

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

Today we celebrate our mascot, Owen Williams! Owen lives in the great state of southwest Illinois and enjoys debate more than OPRF does 😛. To be a supportive mascot, our pet sends us finger paintings and gets hit by milk trucks 🎨🥛🚚 #MissouriIsntReal

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

Today we celebrate Charlotte Blasi! She has qualified to the TOC once and doesn’t plan to debate in college. Instead, she will be a woman in an undecided field 🫣. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys talking to juniors and ghosting said juniors 👻 #ClassOf2022 #seniors

We lost the bid round 🤬🤬 against UC Lab as aff. Note to self, read topical and inherent affs 🙄📝

@deathmatch70 it’s OPRF 😡😡

but you can invest through venmo 😍😍

Everyone’s favorite debate team broke to elims with a 4-2 prelim record 🤯! They just finished quarters and beat their lovely opponents from Barstow on a 3-0, which means we have another bid round to win tomorrow 🎇. And look at those speaks 😍😍

thoughts on 6 flows in the 1nr 🥴

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

This weekend, Maddie and Charlotte are attending the Iowa City Cross River Classic tournament 🐹. Didn’t get to visit World’s Greatest Truck Stop this time 😡. They are 2-0, as they should be, and have four prelim rounds left. Wish them luck 🗿🐺

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

Today we celebrate Maddie Ruland! She has qualified to the TOC twice and doesn’t plan to debate in college. Instead, she will be a woman in STEM 👩‍🔬. In her free time, Maddie enjoys talking about debate and complaining about debate 👩‍🏫 #ClassOf2022 #seniors

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

@clarewastakenn you’re not so bad yourself 😉👹

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

Lost on a 2-1. I guess the alien war wasn’t compelling enough 👽👽. It’s fine we didn’t want the bid anyway 🙄

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

Day three of Maine East! Maddie and Char flipped neg against Niles North BG for semis 🤭. Wish them luck and maybe they will get another bid to the TOC 🎉☘️

[OPRF Debate @oprfhsdebate]

Here’s Maddie and Char taking a walk around the room before the 1AR! 🐲
