The Supreme Leader Donald Trump is nowhere near being an intellectual. But one thing we know for sure, he is a great scam artist and grifter hands down. I'm sure some know this fact, but some don't. Trump has had many bankruptcies, but in every one of them he walked away with millions while leaving investors high and dry. Just thought y'all need to know who the Supreme Leader really is.

That's a nice thought and I agree. But as long as Trump is the supreme leader, it won't happen. What the supreme leader wants the supreme leader gets. How do we solve this problem with the supreme leader. Well, if the supreme leader allows the 2024 election to take place (I have a feeling the supreme leader may not), we can still vote for those who are willing to impeach him.

You're right, especially if the owner has a substantial value on paper but not much on hand cash. And that's where the beauty of leasing your land to a viable solar company. It guarantees income that can offset the taxes. If you're rich on paper, but cash poor, solar is a great option.
