One of the merits of establishing business in Rwanda, is that as the business owner/shareholder, you become “your own boss”. This means that as the business owner/shareholder of the company established in Rwanda, you make resolutions on what you want to work on as a company.
In Rwanda, the law defines an investor to mean an individual or a commercial entity that makes investments in Rwanda. Whereas, an investment to mean the use of tangible or intangible assets for profit-making purposes with the exception of retail and wholesale activities.
