I started at tackle and was the deep snapper and extra point snapper! spent 45 min at the end of every practice with the guys you feel sorry for and defend! I know how they prepare everyday! Zero empathy for kickers!!

Let them punt and let them kick off, but don’t put them the a position to cost you the game or win a championship. Put the win or loss on the back of the guys that got you there!
