@JagexSupport My account got locked a few weeks ago and I am not getting an email to the registered email to unlock the account. Manual recovery info supplied > Card # for membership, ISP, membership ID email, all passwords, move date, longest password, last activity, rebill date

@JagexSupport all manual recoverys get denied after 24 hrs, There is no more info that can be provided to show ownership of the account. there was very detailed information that should show I am the owner.
