@tsRiannaJames Slowly! Getting my energy back. Being sedentary too long. What with the cancer and then getting my gallbladder out I think I’m I’ve been more than a year with no energy to do anything. So I’m gonna start with some light stretching maybe a little yoga and getting out for walks .
