Closing down opwrap

It’s with a heavy heart that we’re announcing the closure of opwrap, following the shutdown of opnet.

What this means:

- Burning WBTC for BTC is now closed.
- Selling $MOTO for WBTC is no longer useful.
- The WBTC/MOTO LP pool will remain open until July 22.

This gives current WBTC holders time to sell their WBTC into $MOTO before the pool is closed.
