Maybe certain rank of health workers but to just say health workers from like health center II. Anything in Uganda is possible but that’s killing economy

I stand to be corrected but as par o remember it’s only judicial officers in judiciary exempt from it, ODPP, strictly State prosecutors and state attorneys. It’s not a blanket exemption.
