@7liciousCSGO @vESUN_ This'll sound a little weird, but *consider* taking regular omega-3 supplementation. There's a number of studies showing omega-3 reduces spontaneous anger which is the anger that comes with competition, and it helped a LOT for me, personally.

@7liciousCSGO These days it's way more scaled back, I try and only play competitive games with friends, but that urge to deeply care never went away, and probably will never go away.

@7liciousCSGO I ended up quitting competing around ~22 after having competed for over a decade at that point in various sports & esports - some were clean breaks, others weren't. At the time it was easi*er* because my studies had just picked up, but it was never easy.

@bryan_maxw46284 @AriWeather Interestingly the IF and EF scale are on different ends of the scale - IF uses instantaneous wind gusts and EF obviously using sustained 3 second wind speeds and it's pretty interesting to see the differences between the two!

@neomodnet @ASecretBox I got a hard (ceramic, Cerapad Kin) mousepad for the opposite reason, the changing humidity here meant that all my cloth pads were totally worthless, swapping to a hardpad made it far easier to clean and restore to a baseline level.
