Well hello there! Our first tweet! We are a 2 man team of Royal Marines who will be aiming to cycle around the world in under 120 days on a tandem! 150 miles per day, through 5 continents, completley unsupported. Be great if you could give us a follow and retweet!
Today we remember Lt Ollie Augustin and Mne Sam Alexander MC.
Itโs the 10 year anniversary of the day that they gave their all on Herrick 14.
Our thoughts are with Sam and Ollieโs families, friends & comrades today. Rest in peace.
The team have been refining their magic skills during their Antiguan Training camp. Here, Matt absolutely nails his world renowned disappearing act. @Dynamomagician
A beautiful and stunningly immaculate ceremony for our Captain General. Well done all involved! Special mention to the @RoyalMarines pallbearers, absolutely faultless. ๐ฌ๐ง๐ฌ๐ง๐ฌ๐ง
All these gazillions of plastic testing kits are no threat to the environment, I presume? Or the masks? Are we cool with plastic in the ocean again, in the same way that mental health no longer matters, or cancer treatment? Or getting out and about?
The late F1 commentator Murray Walker, right, in 1945, as a 21-year-old tank commander, in the 4th Armoured Brigade.
He had just crossed the Rhine, when who should be bump into, but his dear old dad, left, who was covering the advance for the British newspapers.
The Army is going #green. With our aim to be carbon neutral by 2045, we're introducing four pilot solar farms, reducing costs and lowering net emissions. We call this called Project Prometheus, a giant project to save the planet and taxpayersโ money. #CarbonNeutral#Conservation

Home for Christmas ๐ ๐ผ ๐and delivering some commissioning cake ๐ฐ to the parents. Thanks to all our families for supporting us even though they couldnโt be there yesterday @RNRMC@RoyalNavy
When having a beer and sleeping in a German bus stop is your only option ๐ With no idea where we were going to sleep from one day to the next or what the weather was doing when we got there, it was always a relief to find hard cover...and then have a beer! Amsterdam to Budapest
The team are looking forward to heading back down to Plymouth this week for a 48 hour row. The weather is looking mixed with some high winds and large swells forecast, it offers an opportunity to learn a routine and how to live in adverse conditions in a tiny cabin! @RoyalMarines
