this was a side project that turned into a pretty wild few weeks of hardcore building for me, and it's something i'm very proud of:

• 3 multiplayer games (maze, arena, race)
• solana smart contract + spl token prizes
• deterministic game verification + turnkey-backed transaction security
• railway-hosted server-authoritative multiplayer
• x + wallet qualification
• mobile + desktop controls

hosts can create a game, deposit tokens, share a link, and their community competes to win them.

the entire codebase is now public.

built for fun. learned a ton. steal some code, fork it, break it, build something weird with it.
