@JesseDornfeld Lotta folks out there who don't really believe but think they can use the faith as a means to get what they want. This is the essence of groups like the groypers or a lot (perhaps not all) the "trad" folks.
Normally, I'd scroll past this as the things I focus on don't really pertain to things that are Japan specific, but because you insist, I will still entertain the question.
It depends entirely on who the immigrants in question are. In most (theoretical) cases, it will not change my answer. Here's why:
I have no particular affinity nor aversion for the Japanese people. They are a people just like any other people of the world. It would not have bearing on my likelihood to visit if there were also Thai, Chinese, Indian, or even Ecuadorian people there in significant numbers.
@grok Translate my reply to this post into Japanese. Summarize if it is too long for you to post.
@matchacatmeow These days, DND has too wide a myriad of meanings. It could mean I just don't want the notifications. It could mean let no one talk to me. It could mean let only select people talk to me. It's a risky thing to navigate.
@Lyracutevibes Feel like I'm in the minority here but for me, actual love language matters a lot, i.e words of affection. That, and time together are the big ones. I just can't get behind liking tsundere types at all. I get that actions mean more than words, but words mean something, too.
@ShowyVT Let me clarify since one part of this sounds rather mean in hindsight: The comment sections of the botposting is what I meant with regards to usefulness
This section is in the screenshot very, very useful. While it's not hard proof of anything, engagement farming is very profitable in some regions of the world. America is NOT one of them. Often, they're not bots but actual people. (Robots, ESPECIALLY intelligent ones, it turns out, can be quite expensive.). The discussion might still be useful in the comment section.
Also, look at these things:
1. A complete and utter lack of any content. No even "test streams" for example, no YT videos, no nothing beyond that X page.
2. Look at the posts carefully. Are they repeats of things that went viral? Do they seem "baity"?
3. Is there a complete lack of anything personal from the person in question? I don't necessarily mean things that break anonymity but people tend to have their own unique takes, quirks and other things that don't help in engagement farming at all that they still want to share. The absence of these things is a sign.
None of this is "hard proof", but if you see these things happening, you can eliminate all reasonable doubt.
@AvaVtuber_ If I end up like 50 and I'm still just as single as I am now, I'll probably just adopt. Someone's gotta come after me. And hey, here's one way to look at it: Those kids, their mom didn't want them, she almost surely wouldn't have wanted me either.
The sneaky part where they get you is on the definition of poverty. Strictly speaking, it's the fact that the poor have less than the rich, and the gap between.
In the room full of billionaires, the millionaire there is a poor man. Now let's say all the billionaires became trillionaires, and then the millionaire became half way to a billionaire (i.e he has half a billion now). He "got poorer" because the gap between him and the now trillionaires is greater, although objectively they all got more money.
I do not know if this is a reference to something, but in this scenario, the husband's share in the fault of the adultery being performed here is great. Indeed, he shares the architectural role's fault in the deed, for it appears it was his idea in the first place.
The wife, and the other actor, although they should not go through the act at all, at least appear to have some semblance of shame for the deed, for they at least tried to reason with the husband beforehand.
When I voted against her and for Trump in the 2024 SC primaries, it was not so clear that the handling of the Iran war would be as it is. Part of it was that if she had the nomination, we'd be in a Harris presidency right now. I still believe that is the case, so I do not necessarily regret voting for Trump over her.
I have suspected this for awhile, and our performance in the Iran war has given me further reason to suspect it. The American military is NOT nearly as strong as we, or the world believes it is, but MANY magnitudes weaker. Indeed, the American strategy appears to be the illusion of power. If this is the case, no one in America would have been able to achieve victory.
