@xai @grok Upgraded to SuperGrok on web yesterday ,confirmation email arrived, payment processed, but still stuck on Free tier. Billing tab vanished from settings, /billing link shows "page not found", no Grok 4 or unlimited access. Please help sync it! DM me for details.

Started using https://t.co/i36JT0YFWT this morning. I will be a customer for life. Done right, no learning curve, makes sense with every step. Doesn't try to be more than it was designed for. Bravo, from a guy who has been here for a very, very long time.

If you're using Freshstatus, they just announced they are discontinuing it on March 31. Here is what they sent this morning.
