3 signs your Shopify store has a checkout problem:

1. Healthy add to carts, low purchases
2. Mobile converts far worse than desktop
3. Customers drop off at payment

More traffic will not fix it. Audit your checkout first.

Retention isn’t email marketing. Email is just a channel.

Retention is giving customers a reason to come back.

You can send 1,000 emails and have poor retention, or send 10 and have great retention.

The difference is relevance, not volume.

Every time I open a post and then go back, I lose my place in the feed because it seems to refresh. I'm not sure if that's intentional, but it's quite frustrating. Also, the "More from this author" section feels unnecessary and just adds clutter.
