In a briefing to foreign press this morning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I emphasized the importance of protecting minorities in Syria. The attacks on the Kurds, as we saw yesterday in Manbij, must stop! We are discussing this with our friends in the U.S. administration and other countries. The international community has a moral obligation toward those who fought bravely against ISIS and are also a stabilizing force in Syria!

@AramKrdstn KDP could be lying. But Iraq is supporting the claim as well. Why would Iraq support this KDP claim if it is not (partially) true. Support for PKK has decreased a lot among kurds in KRI. This is not a good look for PKK

@ScharoMaroof KDP really doesn’t have any options here. Every kurd would support PKK if only they brought chaos and fight into turkey. PKK is losing a lot of support especially with taxing local people and kidnappings. These militias (including rojhelatis) should leave KRI and fight elsewhere

Great thread. With that being said, selling yourself is not easy, since everyone is trying to get some compensation from KDP/PUK. Lastly, Watch your mouth over here in KRI, since even your own family members will snitch on you if it means they get some money out of it.
