当时在上海留学的时候，我曾经问过来自安徽的好朋他有没有听过西藏最近的新闻。他说他听说过达赖喇嘛在鼓励恐怖袭击。我也问了他是否听说过自焚事件。他说没有，而且如果中国政府不想让他知道这些消息，他也不想知道。
