@SekaiNoOwariOFC I don’t know why but such YouTube lives are shared as region-restricted, meaning that I cannot join to watch from outside of Japan. I hope you will fix it🥲
the commenters as always forgot that this is the late seljuk/khwarezmian empire period, so a lot of turkic influence is already established in Persian fashion and headwear
This tweet reached way beyond my crowd so I’m muting it. But as said in Quran 35:28 (Surah Fatır): It is those of His servants who have knowledge, who stand in true awe of God. God is almighty, most forgiving.
This! I am wishing everyone to internalize this. Even some Muslims tends to forget but the whole base of our creation, regardless of age or gender, is to seek knowledge
@Adriantron34 You're treating human failures as if they define the religion. If people act contrary to a religion's own teachings, it’s an evidence about those people not the religion itself. And it’s exactly my point in saying that Muslims tend to forget that the core of Islam is to learn
@adamlje Yeah sure one guy destroyed a centuries old understanding with one philosophical book and nothing developed after him for like thousand years. Not wars, not leaders, not all those invader folks as Mongolians that burnt libraries and stuff but Gazali himself
@purisekaowa Absolutely! I am super proud of them taking part in such an impressive project. But I also feel so thankful because if they didn’t make Stella for this, I probably wouldn’t even take a look at it😆
@Adriantron34 Don't mistake cultural distortions for Islam itself. Seek knowledge with an open heart. Learning and contemplation are not enemies of faith, instead, the pursuit of them is a duty in Islam, for they are essential to knowing the One through His creation.
@purisekaowa It’s a pleasure for me. Thanks to you now I also recognize what seemed like a totally expected scene to me, is actually a well researched, carefully added detail that actually not common for a Japanese to create. The amount of work they put to grasp the culture is beautiful
@purisekaowa Like, they are not related by blood nor engaged or anything. Therefore, he searched for an excuse to include her and talked about how he dreams to be a teacher someday and should practice writing simple so that even she can understand. That was awkward yet romantic
@purisekaowa Considering the Islamic culture, it would be super inappropriate if he sent letters to her name directly. For the same reason, he could only address about Shitara indirectly at the end of the letter. Him asking Shitara to read letters to his mom was a sweet gesture to include her
@masayasan201911 Likely Turkish. Both Mikail and Zümrüt is known Turkish names and historically, Seljuks (Turks) were in Anatolia by the time. So they are either ethnically Turkish or some local-Anatolians removed by Turks to inner-lands of Seljuks
