@wagamama_uk Thursday 14th Dec - Canary Wharf. Tap water refused and instead 3x bottles of water brought to the table with "we don't have tap water". I've filled in a "contact us" form - still waiting for a reply......
@wagamama_uk "In England and Wales, the rules concerning free water are dictated by whether or not the business in question is a licenced premise*. The general rule is that if a business is licenced to sell alcohol, they are obligated to provide “free portable water” to anyone that asks."
@wagamama_uk Your Canary Wharf restaurant refused to provide tap water and instead charged £15 for 3 bottles of still water - I've tried to contact you and had no response. Want to make it better? oh and comply with the law
@GillSadler3 Looks like I am too late - Congratulations and enjoy.....
was about to ask you to support a UHR programme on 28th September - is there a new Head of Planning I could ask?
@a3onlineuk I love it when someone who damages my house pays up - didn't happen when @a3onlineuk came to stay. A £75 plumber bill and damaged coffee table later I am still waiting for them to #dotherighthting
@a3onlineuk Just had the invoice from our plumber who had to attend to fix the bath that your clients damaged - it was £75. Any chance of you actually paying for this damage? @a3onlineuk
@a3onlineuk They didn't take care of everything when one of their clients made a mess of my holiday home after I rented it to them for a week #donttrustverify
@a3onlineuk But you don't cultivate a great working relationship with the small rental owner - you send a client who trashes the house then refuse to compensate. I tried to do the right thing by accommodating a family in need at your request #poorcustomerservice
@a3onlineuk No if you are the property owner - they send people to stay in your rental property then wash their hands of the issue when you report damage #poorcustomerservice
