@sainsburys your car park at Amblecote Stourbridge is a disgrace. It’s absolutely full of huge potholes. It looks like a war zone. Vehicles that use it as a drive through are using the adjacent bus lane to avoid them. It’s only a matter of time before an accident happens.

@EE we cancelled a mobile phone transfer from ID mobile to you (well within the 14 day cooling off period) but 17 days later you ported the number across anyway.!!. Now we’ve lost access to the number. Can you please help
@EE we transferred from BT and sky to you on 24 Jan for broadband and TV. We were eventually told that we would go live on the 28th. Despite numerous promises that this would be fixed, we’re still waiting with no broadband or TV. Absolutely disgusting

@PrincessCruises for over 24 hours our room door pad on Island Princess has stopped working so we’ve not been able to get into our room without constantly phoning and waiting for a supervisor first. They can’t even tell us when it will be fixed.

@ScottishWidows my wife has a small AVC with you which is part of a wider final salary pension scheme she has with her former employer. We can’t get hold of anyone who can explain why we are experiencing delays in getting this paid up now she’s reached retirement age. Help
