🚨 Baranagar Station (Sealdah Division) 🚨

एक यात्री सुबह से Tatkal टिकट (Sleeper Class) के लिए लाइन में खड़ा था। उसका टोकन नंबर 2 था और उसे पूरा भरोसा था कि टिकट मिल जाएगा। लेकिन जब उसकी बारी आई… तो देखा कि Booking Clerk पहले से ही काउंटर के अंदर बै��कर किसी और का टिकट बना रहा था। यात्री को टिकट नहीं मिला। ऐसे छो��े-छोटे incidents हर रोज़ छोटे स्टेशनों पर हो रहे हैं, और असली हक़दार यात्री को टिकट नहीं मिल पाता।

आपका क्या मानना है? क्या रेलवे को ऐसे मामलों पर और सख़्ती करनी चाहिए? कमेंट करके बताइए 👇
