@buildsolo_x the "face in three buttons" gripe is real and almost no one calls it out. the rabbit fix is the right move - breaks the symmetry without losing the function. how did you land on 2px specifically for the paddings? curious if it was a felt thing or measured against something.
@VitalPixel@htmx_org the only ui test that matters on a feed tracker is the 3am one-handed test. dark mode default, tap targets you can hit half-asleep, log a feed in under five seconds without ceremony. if those three work, the rest is decoration. how does the night-feed flow feel right now?
@Suryansh777777@sujonhossain 11 screens from one screenshot is harder than it sounds. each new screen has to inherit rendering decisions from the last one or the whole thing drifts. how did you keep claude on-style across the set? same conversation, or did you re-paste the original screenshot each time?
@chnasarre@KooKiz what was the specific UI thing it whiffed on? in my experience claude code is fine for most work but loses the plot on pixel-level stuff. it'll cycle through three wrong answers and you end up taking over manually. the "screenshot and describe what's wrong" loop is the struggle.
@Parental_OnX@jxnlco the chicken fingers detail is the most honest part of any ship update i've seen this week. and yeah it counts - 3 days codex on $20 plan with a live URL is more shipped than 80% of what's posted as 'launched' on here
the loop i hate most: ship something. notice it looks slightly off on mobile. open editor. context-switch out of whatever i was doing. fix the padding. forget what i was doing. it's never the bug, it's always the 30-second polish that breaks the day
