@SummrWrites I can’t get with you on dogs. Millie (our chocolate lab) is such a joy to our family! My sons adore her! Such a sweet addition to our home.
Cats on the other hand….no bueno!
And chickens are gross. Even cut into pieces in my fridge…gross.
The remarkable life of Charlie Kirk is a testament to what God can accomplish in a very short time frame. Charlie Kirk was making a difference at a very young age. In his youth, he appeared from nowhere and became a bulwark of truth, pushing back the darkness. His short life had a profound impact on millions—an impact that will last for generations to come. Although he died young, he achieved multiple lifetimes of accomplishments.
We mourn his loss and grieve for his sweet wife and children. In some ways, we did not realize what we had—what a gift he was to our generation—until he was tragically taken from us.
In our sadness, anger, and frustration, however, let us not despair. The light of God that burned so brightly in Charlie Kirk's life gives us hope. It is not the length of days that makes one’s life impactful, but the depth of courage.
We can take hope that God can raise up others just as quickly as He raised Charlie Kirk. Wasn't Spurgeon a young man when he began preaching to thousands? We should take heart and pray for the next generation to outshine us in gifts and power. Instead of pushing back the younger generation, we should encourage them to blaze ahead. One doesn’t have to be old to make a difference. One doesn’t need to live a long life to make a difference. One just needs to be fully consecrated to God and, like Charlie Kirk, be unashamed of speaking the truth in love.
We remember his life with thankfulness and hope that the faith he boldly proclaimed will overcome the darkness that remains.
We are asking for the public's help identifying this person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.

Word on the street is chipotle is closing down due to bankruptcy, which is good news for everyone’s intestines. There was something in that food I’m telling you … it never ended well.
