@vueling there are only 2 people on check in at BCN, and over 200 people in the queue. Why are people going on breaks with such a long queue? Absolutely rubbish.
@Flighty I think I’m going to have to give up on your app :( I don’t think I’ve been on more than two flights where the data from Flighty were accurate. What am I missing?
@vueling I have reviewed the documentation regarding rights and submitted a compensation claim, as has the other passenger on the booking. We also kept receipts for the food we had to pay full price for. Very very unhappy with this experience with Vueling, will go with easyJet next time!
@vueling I know they should have been authorised but there was nobody at the airport! That’s why I asked where to find your colleagues and you just told us to go to a desk that nobody could find. We didn’t see anyone from Vueling until we boarded the plane. You breached the regulations.
@vueling We found nobody at the airport, the flight was over 4 hours later, no vouchers, no food or drink. Now we're on board, nobody has even acknowledged that we're over 4 hours late, and _there is no hot water on board_. We can't even have a coffee. How do you plan to rectify this?

Another day, another time I've been unable to rely on @ionos_help_uk for support because they insist on people making phone calls. You guys do realise some people are deaf and can't make or receive phone calls, right? What happened to a good old email address?!
@FlightyApp oh dear. I just paid for a week subscription to find that your data on BA054 is wildly inaccurate! The app says the plane is over Zambia. It’s actually currently still on the ground at OR Tambo. Where are you fabricating the data from?!
