You state you are giving second chances, truly it appears a simple fluff piece to put a band aid onto to huge wound, yes creators might make unintentional mistakes in the past or in the future but everyone deserves a second chance and at the very least to be shown their mistakes make amends or agree to do better, convicted criminals get chances are reform, no evidence, simple terminate a channel and ban the creator for life. Well Mr. @nealmohn @Youtube @TeamYoutube, my small channel started a few months ago, and then Bam, no strikes, no warnings, no emails, nothing, get an email out of the blue, a secondary ASMR side channel with the simplest of videos was in violation of community guidelines no direct evidence presented, no opportunity to review the channel for the issues defend yourself in 1000 characters or less... every person is shown the evidence against them and even criminals get a second chance. Was told you are offering just that, I contacted @TeamYoutube about this channel still active and earning @Youtube and @google $$, I can't access it at all https://t.co/NxYlB1eqMZ All my original characters, songs everything is mine and I can't access it at all. Second chances are not being given out @Pinkfong started out small and grew, my channel is no different and my ASMR had a total of 4 shorts, all with simple rain, rivers, waterfalls, and fields no violations at all

Never once received any strikes, or copyright issues, next never received an email to any of the email associated with this account.
Never once received any notices or evidence of what you are claiming. My old computer was compromised unknown to me, and I still have the hard drive to prove the actual compromise, they hacked my microsoft account and I had no way of reversing it, they implemented their own phone # on my account etc, whenever my old computer was on they could do what they wanted using any of my accounts on my pc.
Yes, you state that I violated community guidelines, I reviewed those none of my channels every broke any of those rules, and you have not provided any evidence of such. Any person in the USA, whom is implied to have broken any laws or guidelines are shown the evidence, show me the evidence. All my channels never broke any guidelines and I never once received any warning, copyrights or emails stating such.
You have implemented a new program to allow creators back onto the platform, but even though my IPs are still earning for Youtube, I can't get access to them.
Provide evidence to prove your accusations, why implement a second chance program if you are not going to give second chances even though you have not proven anything with actual evidence. My channel is still active and I would very much appreciate access to this channel, I did nothing wrong, nor has anyone provided any evidence to the contrary
