Had a pleasant day at @RSPBSouthStack on Monday. Plenty of Guillemots, Razorbills and a couple of Puffins in the raft. Meadow Pipits and Choughs all around. Popped to the harbour and saw a lifer Black Guillemot from behind a fence! With @OriginalQwerty.

Found this Sandpiper this evening. Thought it was a Common Sand but not so sure...seems to have yellower legs and lighter bill...possibly spotted? Can anyone advise?? With @OriginalQwerty.

Lovely sunny walk round @RSPBMiddleton today. Great to see quite a few Avocets and heard a Bittern booming twice. Other highlights Skylark, Goldcrest, Blackcap, Chiffchaff, Oystercatcher and our first Swallow of the year. With @OriginalQwerty.

Made it back to bright and a bit sunny @ladywalk_nr again today despite the forecast. Highlights were a hard to snap Green Woody - a patch first for us, RNP, 2x Redshank, 2x Oystercatcher, 4x Sand Martin, and quite a few Chiffchaff around. With @OriginalQwerty.

Nice bright day @ladywalk_nr today. Highlight was a lovely family of young Whitethroat in the river scrub between River and Bittern hides..awesome. Other notable.. x2 Green Sand, x3 Oystercatcher, Reed and Garden Warbler, GWE, Little Egret, Peregrine. With @OriginalQwerty.

Spent a few hours this morning getting burnt at #CoombeHillCanal in Glos. Great birding with Whitethroat, Sedge and Reed Warbler, Avocet, Yellow Wag, Buzzard among the highlights! With @OriginalQwerty.

First visit to #uptonwarren on a bit of an overcast day...what a lovely place! Definitely worth it to see the Med Gull (lifer for us) and Avocets. Other highlights Oystercatcher, Pochard, Sedge and Reed Warbler. With @OriginalQwerty

Made the most of the sun today @ladywalk_nr. Was hoping for a warbler fest but they were well hidden! Heard Blackcap, Reed, Willow and Whitethroat but not spotted. Plenty of other cracking birds tho - highlights LRP, Little Egret, Common Sand, Goosander. With @OriginalQwerty

Lovely chilly walk @ladywalk_nr today. Very crisp underfoot. B pool totally frozen over. Usual suspects but good views of 2 Peregrine on the pylon. Plenty of Teal, Shoveler Wigeon and finches. Gray Wagtail on the river. With @OriginalQwerty.
