DAKOTA COUNTY: A short downpour has caused some roads to flood in South and West St. Paul, creating standing water in some low-lying roadways 💦 🚨

South St. Paul:
- Armour Ave. & Hardman Ave. - "Cars are floating" per one caller. Requesting assistance in shutting down I-494 to Hardman Ave.

- Dale Pl. & Concord St. S. - Manhole covers are blown off and one car is stalled.

West St. Paul:
- Oakdale Ave. & Rehnberg Pl. - A party bus has reportedly become immobilized after "falling" in a "sinkhole."

- Southbound Thompson Ave. at Robert St. - Several vehicles are stalled out. Currently working on shutting down traffic from Emerson to Thompson. Shutting down Oakdale as well as Lothenbach Ave. between Robert St. and Oakdale.

- 4:50 p.m. - Officer has multiple vehicles flooded in front of Hobby Lobby, requested Fire block off traffic on Robert St. between Lothenbach and Wentworth. - 📸 Submitted
