@LEGOLANDWindsor if you have 4 kids at a theme park you should be aware on how hard it is to check emails so a text facility for drench towers for rearranged slots would be much better! Again heartbroken birthday boy having waited all day for his slot to be rearranged!

@LEGOLANDWindsor need to improve your notification method for drench towers to be told it had reopened via email rather than a blanket text facility to those who had time slots cancelled due to weather for new slots is a disgrace! The technology is there!

@LEGOLANDWindsor after booking a slot for drench towers and waiting for it to have it closed due to weather which we except then to have it reopen after we leave after more than one member of staff said that it wouldn’t reopen absolutely heartbroken birthday boy to deal with!
