Fresh, harvested Lambrusco grapes amongst the glorious vines at @AcetaiaGuerzoni. Some of this beautiful fruit will now enter the ageing process to create the traditional balsamic vinegar which we know and love.

Meet Luis - The man who inspired our Origin Organics journey to begin. With the help of many volunteers over the years, Luis has worked to protect and maintain the ancient Iberian water channels that irrigate the wider area and stop erosion & desertification.

🍇 Tasting notes 🍾 A lightly sparkling prosecco fermented in the bottle. Light, floral, tangy, funky. This Colfondo is like no prosecco you've ever had before.
