I REALLY like this cover because we so rarely see JR’s work rendered three dimensionally with a painterly approach. It’s a striking take that feels unique.
But, it would also be pretty stunning colored like he is more often - like ASM 600 pictured here.
And id guarantee you if you ask any comic fan “hey what was your first comic?” the answer is gonna be one of a handful of graphic novels, or a completely random single issue they had as a kid for whatever reason. Your ass did NOT start reading Spider-Man at AF15, be SO fucking fr
@NirvanaM1nd@jpegkan@VanGoluCavanari When you post things on the internet than anyone can respond so no one needs to talk to me directly. I'm not saying you need to base your entire life on them, but there is a contrast there obviously. It's not that deep. You don't need to be hateful because someone has an opinion.
@NirvanaM1nd@jpegkan@VanGoluCavanari Or literally just don't be a dick. It's literally so easy. Spewing hate on the internet gets you nowhere. I find it crazy when people like you claim to love superheroes who are usually so nice, and you choose to be an asshole for no reason.
@SomeAssHat666 Why the need to call him a clown? Why do all superhero debates involve name calling? I had someone get on my back and insult because I didn't like the Synder batmobile. It's just not necessary. It's a car.
@NirvanaM1nd I watched an entire YouTube video saying there is "no comicbook where Spider-Man looks like this" for nothing. I do know a lot of artists but my favorites are Mark Bagley and Erik Larsen.
I don't post in here a lot because most of people just seem to argue. I'm here because I love comicbooks, not to argue. Happy Free Comicbook Day! #comicbooks#freecomicbookday#streetfighter
@ThisIsATestTai@JoeBobZVO@PhilSpidermain Respectfully, I'd say the opposite. 616 has all the baggage of the previous writers, but the AU is a fresh jumping on point.
