Lucki wanted to reference the late great DMX’s album cover. I took 10 minutes to create it using some old paint and a ripped up punk zine and sent him a first draft. The draft was instantly posted online. the rest was history.

Man, my good old X my bad for posting this here last I feel like me and you have a real a real connection I credit you a lot for the exposure that I have now do you know what I’m saying a lot of my early shares or commentary or if it’s even a word my polarization of Teezo Touchdown happen right here on this app so definitely last but not least I wanted to bring you this piece right here. This was inspired after a conversation with my team who I hold very near and dear to my heart the boys works so hard. They are truly amazing and I’m privileged to to work and play with, but it came after a conversation about how do we support releases? How do we support releases without just posting album cover out now and after that conversation, my gears really started to turn, which I love that. I love that we continue to challenge ourselves year after the year. OK I’ll take off my tie and just present to you this piece. It’s a song by artist by the name of T Cash. The original was called spread ya legz so after you check this out, please go do some research on some real texas history man that’s one thing I love about being from Texas. I was really able to enjoy and experience parties where the florist is wet from sweat and people are dancing. The DJs are being very innovative with their mash ups with their drops. It was just a fun time and I just wanted to capture that so I say all of that to say make sure you’ll check out Don Toliver’s new studio album Octane is out now. Love you. See you soon.
