@Pepelouco A laptop and a single monitor works great, but for a double monitor setup we'd recommend placing 2 side by side.

@Mak0rz More DIY version is a cardboard box with a folded strip of cardboard inside for support. But I wouldn’t be concerned w/ the weight of wood.

@Mak0rz As for the bottom tier, portability issues aside, a nice plywood box could get you the height and also some handy storage as a bonus.

@Mak0rz A laptop riser on the top tier should work fine to raise the screen to a comfortable height. Lots of options (some foldable) on amazon.
