Early in my career, I used to over-explain everything.
Long emails. Long calls. Long presentations.

Because I thought explaining more = sounding smart.

But high-trust clients don’t want long explanations.
They want clarity. Confidence. Direction.

Now I keep it simple:
Here’s the problem.
Here’s the solution.
Here’s what happens next.

And clients appreciate it more.

Less noise.
More trust.
Better results.
