Russia has won the war. The Western gambit to use Ukraine as a battering ram to defeat Russia has failed. Trump’s belated shuttle diplomacy is just window dressing to distract from the growing realization that Russia has achieved a historic victory over NATO and its proxy army.

NATO’s threat to Russia will no longer be tolerated. Sooner or later, for the sake of their economies, the Europeans will have to come to terms with Russia and resume normal, mutually beneficial relations. After many years of zero diplomacy, the Finnish and Norwegian leaders initiated a call to Putin - possibly heralding a new era of peace in Europe.
