@IrishRail I was there at 7.30 no train came thru, if it rain early it was before then and with no announcement in station and your website and app still showing it on time. What sort of customer service is that,

@IrishRail @ElaineEmoo50 This is a shocking response, that train ran late was very overcrowded, left many people stranded from Clonsilla on, the only commuication on the train was a curt order to people crammed in the doorwell to remove themselves so door could close. People deserve better.

@IrishRail Thats not really informative. If this can happen with no forewarning and no explanation on the train, in any of the stations, or from you, how can people be expected to rely on this service.

@Luas Hi we have all been told to get off tram at phibsboro due to fault. Any point waiting for next tram to broombridge or is the line blocked. No info given.
