TLDR Launch today!!; Looking back to 3D THEA we made huge progress automating most of our product and operations, but back then when it was still an idea, I remember feeling the dreaded "analysis paralysis", urging development. Yet, with our product still an MVP we did real good.

Just finished reading "The Hard Thing About Hard Things" by Ben Horowitz. Great read indeed, really found some answers to my fears as a founder: it's difficult and there's no recipe. You only learn it by doing it. Value strengths and not lack of weaknesses. And many more lessons.
