I figured out why calling a woman a woman (insert job title) rather than female pisses me off so much. It's because woman is a noun, female is a noun & an adjective. Woman mayor isn't describing the mayor it's making a whole new thing because mayor's are men.

This is an issue in every part of our lives. It's not just "a political issue" which we can deal with in our spare time. It's a community issue, a family issue, a personal issue, a work issue. Every bit of our lives will be affected so we have to act in every bit of our lives.

We need to sort out what we care about, who we want to be & then find a way to prioritise it. Fuck the boundaries of economy, society or policy. What do you actual care about? What are you here for? What matters to you? The rules are shite they've led us here. So who we gonna be?

We need us all to try, not to fulfil someone else's expectations or our own ideas of what we should be doing. We need to try in our own unique way. We need everyone to bring everything they have. So try in the way u feel called to. Shoulds are what got us here in the first place

I'm not here for inspiration just some honesty. Fuck point scoring and politicing - scheming and strategy. The climate crisis is utterly terrifying pretending like it isn't or trying to win from it is a load of shite. Coming together & living intentionally is the only way forward
