Not their fault, and I still want to get some merch eventually, just not possible with tariffs right now. :/

@hololive_En My need for both runs into my need to at least try to budget my spending, and the tariffs on top of shipping makes that difficult. Can't just order more items to be economical now. Hope they extend preorder windows in case tariffs or exemptions change. Hate to miss out again. :/

I did have issues adding them to my cart, the button reacted but nothing happened. However, using quick buy worked fine with all of them.

@AfterSchoolSoph Not surprised by the extremes calling for cancellation or pushing for more. VOD was kinda cringey, but didn't seem malicious. Iffy idea and poor impulse control? Encouragement that should've been ignored? Advice that should've been taken? Mistakes happen. Learn, improve, move on.

@jonahblake @Jauwnio How doesn't it? Gamers have rejected web3 games from the start, and AAA publishers' few attempts have resulted in the same rejection. They target a playerbase that barely (if at all) exists. Furry games target an existing playerbase, and can be good enough to appeal beyond it.

@VisitOPEN Screenshot guy, just standing there, matches my enthusiasm for another AAA metaverse gaming experience. Why bother with a game? Crypto/NFT is the focus by a wide margin every time, and it shows. You think Asset Flip Second Life Battle Royale is gonna be the one gamers fall for?

@DemonCatDaphne @TwitchSupport @SonadaVT I'm legit curious to see how far it can go. Exposed shoulders? Midriff? Leg above the knee? Openings in tops larger than a X% of surface? Breast sizes outside of a specified range? Hip sizes? Butt sizes? It all makes as much sense as hip visibility. Better be in a hot tub.

Outfits can even be more suggestive without being bathing suits, so how far will this nonsense about pool/beach/hot tub-restricted attire go?

@DemonCatDaphne @TwitchSupport @SonadaVT I'd say it's confusing why Twitch doesn't already handle it this way, and let advertisers opt out of mature streams. But they want to have their cake and eat it. Which means they're actually deceiving advertisers, since mature content goes beyond bathing suits and exposed hips.

While it can't stop young viewers, advertisers could just opt out of streams with it, knowing what it means. Twitch could use an existing system instead of creating nonsensical contextual dress codes.

Young viewers can hop into a pool/beach/hot tub stream, where lewd behavior that's just brushing up against the rules is occurring, and they just have to not admit their real age.

Why are exposed body areas relevant depending on the location or background image? The only thing this rule accomplishes is providing an excuse to ban someone over something nitpicky.

@TwitchSupport @_Elixria_ Then frankly, what's the point? Why is it bad for the streamer to be dressed in ways that are fine for videogame characters? Drawing a line at nudity is one thing, but you're nitpicking items of clothing and how much they cover specific body regions. What does that accomplish?

It's the same character on-screen, why would it be problematic if they're at a bowling alley instead of in a hot tub? It's like they've created official Twitch RP rules.

@TwitchSupport @SonadaVT This is nonsensical. If those body areas can be visible in some virtual contexts, what is this rule accomplishing by banning them in others? It's the same model whether the background is a cafe or a pool. Shouldn't matter for real life or virtual streamers. It's an excuse to ban.
