@AmericanAir a group of students from Klein Collings HS Klein ISD spring TX saved the whole year but what supposed to be the trip of the year now is a nightmare - they have been at IAH airport 13 hours - however for AA is just numbers no customers - here th official info from AA-

Our original flight 702 was scheduled to depart at 8:06 am but it was delayed to 5:40pm. The airline then chartered a regional jet so that we could leave at 2:15 flight 9630, when that plane arrived it was declared out of service. Now the original flight 702 is now leaving…

KLein Collins HS orchestra group prepared and saves for a year to have a trip to Cal and #AmericanAirlines just messed up the trip by a 9 hours delay, changed or flights and the group still at IAH airport since 5:00 am. The worst part, AA does not care, they are only numbers
