Being a manager is hard and most of the time people are not well trained. It is a fulltime job and you need to have the right attitude if you want to succeed.
So, you are looking for some tips? My advice: watch Top Chef 👨🍳😉

We all have our strength and weaknesses! Maybe trying to be good at everything is useless, just acknowledge what you’re not good at, find people that are and start working with them instead
The #StoryMapping is a good starting point to define solutions together and create a shared vision of your backlog. It is also the third workshop we are trying to use to improve #collaboration I tell you a little bit more about it here 👉 https://t.co/REp0QwMR0v
HAAaa ces silos !! autant d'épines dans le pied des démarches #Agile...
@orouho vous propose "4 workshops to destroy silos".
Ce sera jeudi 29 au matin à l'#Agile Tour #Bordeaux.

Have you ever heard of the #eventstorming? It's one of the 4 workshops we are trying to use to improve collaboration and manage new initiatives.
I tell you a little bit more about that in this article https://t.co/xyxWNgICjU
#agile#cooperation#workshop
#alignement and #cooperation of the departments of a company are key elements to success. In my current company we are testing 4 workshops to improve the situation and the first one is the #lightningsession...
What about you? What's your recipe?

I miss coding! I've done a few pair-programming sessions lately and it's a great feeling to have an immediate sensation of accomplishment: you do something, you test it, you deliver, DONE 😀
I was thinking about #noframework and found a nice quote from H.L. Mencken:
“… there is always a well-known solution to every human problem — neat, plausible, and wrong.”
We'll always have a lot to learn...

Here it goes, the second part of my article on the path from Scrum Master to Agile Coach :)
What about you? Have you experienced similar things? I'm very curious to hear your story!

Bug tracking has no value. Bug fixing has value. Bug tracking systems are black holes where fixes go to die.
If you have so many bugs that you can't just fix them as they're identified, you have serious process problems. Fix those. @Jira is a symptom of a broken dev process.
While reading a book that has nothing to do with #agility I read a quote from Thomas A. Edison that makes me think a lot of the process of finding how to work efficiently in a company
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”
The best way to give appreciation to a team that's just worked long long hours to push a product out the door is to get on your knees and beg forgiveness for putting them in that position. 1/2
For my first article of the year I wanted to share with you the differences I see between a #ScrumMaster and a #AgileCoach. First part is ready, what do you think? https://t.co/XsowwALnxf
The end of year is here, a good time to reflect upon things I've learned in 2019 and share it with you 😉 #agile#lessonslearned#agilemindset
