@hubermanlab Any opinion on colored LED lighting (like Philips Hue and similar)? For example the Ibiza theme is a mix of approximately #FF6613 #FF9624 #FF7E12 #DBB63B and #F3AD1C. Naively I’d think this contains much less blue light
