So yesterday was National Daughter day. I don’t have any daughters (3 boys) but I have had the chance to coach some really cool young ladies from some really cool families! Happy National (not my) Daughters Day! @lasernacctf
What an incredible player, captan (as voted by peers and coaches) & person. Dylan epitomizes the term student/athlete. On top of it all he might the most yoked QB I’ve ever seen in high school!! He will be incredible for LS this season.
A few years ago, I tracked improvement rates of my college runners and compared it to a whole slew of factors to see if anything correlated.
The most important factor? Did they show up to practice.
Those who missed the fewest days tended to improve the most.

Let's clear this up.
Going for a run by yourself outside (or with those you are living with) is perfectly fine. In fact, it is probably beneficial for your physical and mental health right now.
Let's not demonize activities that don't risk the spread of disease.
