I often come up with story/fiction ideas but lack the creative skill to put words down on a page.

Emergency Appendectomy was not in the plan for PGY5 but beyond thankful for my wonderful Mac Gen Surg colleagues who treated me efficiently and well. Also my first time with both hydromorphone and propofol which was interesting haha. Recovery time now...
