Getting Radiographs in a child can be difficult, especially when the child is in pain in acute conditions.

So we advised a spine Xray found a congenital scoliosis. Spine MR showed tethering. The child will start Jacket casting next week.
Always examine the child first before looking at the Xray.

@Davembmd Use images and Videos in the ppt which are shared on WhatsApp. WhatsApp auto compresses these files and thereby decreases the overall file size of ppt. If you're ok with the quality you get it's a good option.
Cozen Phenomenon:
Tendency to develop a valgus derormity after a proximal tibial fracture.
Probably one of the rare fractures where a Varus mold is required.
