9. i have to carefully plan and choose meals. it has to be something i feel like eating, it has to have variety of ingredients. there must be a fruit or veg at every meal.
4. sugar is super limited.
im allowed organic raw sugar or coconut sugar/nectar if it is in one product per day (e.g. kombucha).
otherwise not allowed.
2. MUST BE ORGANIC
im convinced regular pesticides and fertilizer hurt my stomach so I only have organic fruit, veg, legumes, cacao, nuts, seeds, grains.
i might let myself have like one fruit a day that isnt organic, IF it grows on a tree + i had no access to an organic one
