Great work from our ICU and anaesthetic teams, also theatre staff who are providing support. 🤗👏🏻👍

We are only just scratching the surface of the impact, I'm worried about many of my staff. The long term affects on psychological wellbeing, also what that means for our future safe staffing levels within critical care, the skill set of these nurses are not made overnight.
